My fiance and I made up this treat one night when we didn't have anything for our sweet cravings. It is a simple take on a peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream, peaches (frozen, fresh, or canned), and cinnamon. Other times we use granola instead of ice cream if you want to be a little healthier. If you want to be really bad, we have made this with apples fried in butter instead of peaches. Any way you go, you can't go wrong! It is just that yummy!!
