This has got to be one of the simplest but most fun desserts I have made in a while. We had these for the party I talked about in February. I took mini shot glasses that my mom has from an entertaining set and filled them with three layers. We put them on a platter and served with spoons. Everybody had at least 2 because they are so good and just the right size. Perfect for portion control.

Mini Trifles with Oreos

Crushed Oreos
Instant Chocolate Pudding (prepared according to package directions)
Cool Whip
Sprinkles

Layer each cup with crushed Oreos, chocolate pudding, and then cool whip. Add sprinkles to the top if desired. Let sit in fridge until chilled and serve with spoons. So good!
