As Sheena is on her way with this weeks menu plan, mine got messed up because her brother and I are sick. We will be only having soup and hot cocoa this week : (
Since I still have a little bit of creativity, I decided to spice up my normal hot cocoa with a fun new recipe. To make Mexican Hot Cocoa you mix your normal hot cocoa with milk then add 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. I think it's pretty good. I wish I had marshmallows to make it a little better!
