Veggie Pizza!

Last night for dinner we worked as a team and made a great pizza. We bought premade dough, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese and only had to chop tomatoes, green bell peppers, onions, and garlic. The pizza cooked in about 10 minutes and it was ready to eat. This was a great meal to have on a weekday because of the light prep work involved. I also loved that we got a full serving of veggies from this pizza. Perhaps next time I will go one step further and make the dough! Sheena tried a link to a great dough recipe in a previous post. I agree - veggie pizza makes you feel great because it's delicious and you can get your serving of vegetables.
