Just a quick note before I sign off for the night....I finally got an awesome looking loaf from my bread machine. I came home from the gym to find the most perfect looking little loaf waiting for me. I was so excited! I am thinking of trying another recipe from the Better Homes and Gardens Bread Machine Baking cookbook tomorrow just to see if I have more success. At this rate I am going to need to buy bread flour in Costco size bags!
